1. About these terms

These terms govern accounts and use of Dojang, including its website and school-management features. Read them before creating an account. DTA LLC is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and owns the copyright in the website. The website is designed by Ricardo Scheidegger.

2. Accounts and authority

Provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use only accounts you are authorised to access. If you act for a school or another person, you must have authority to do so. Where a minor needs parental or guardian authorisation under applicable law, that authorisation must be obtained before account use.

3. Schools and activities

Schools are responsible for their instruction, safeguarding, fees, schedules, assessments, rank decisions and records. Platform rank templates are editable starting points, not certification or an endorsement by a martial-arts governing body. School rules, enrolment agreements and activity waivers are separate from these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people. Do not impersonate others, access records without permission, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, upload malicious material, send spam, or disrupt the service. Only upload student, guardian or school information you are authorised to provide.

5. Copyright and your content

Copyright in the website belongs to DTA LLC, except for user content and third-party materials, which remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of content you submit and give permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use and the visibility settings you choose. Do not copy or redistribute protected website material without permission or a legal right to do so.

6. Privacy and communications

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Agreement to these terms is not consent to optional marketing. Account verification, security and service communications may be necessary to operate your account. Your school may provide additional notices about information it manages.

7. Fees and availability

Any paid service must state its price and applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms before you purchase it. Creating an account alone does not authorise an undisclosed charge. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Access, changes and questions

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. Material changes to these terms will be identified with a new version and communicated before they apply; further agreement will be requested where required.
